Receive official recognition from the RI Board of Directors;
Offer membership to Rotarians, their spouses, and Rotaractors;
Maintain at least 100 members in at least 10 countries and three Rotary zones;
While independent of Rotary International and The Rotary Foundation, Rotarian Action Groups must:

Facilitate communication among their members and maintain regular communication with RI.
