ROTALIGN Ultra real-time measurement of machine positional change
– Cold/hot alignment checks or theoretical calculated targets cannot accurately predict the actual positional change of a machine in real conditions.
– Objective: • Establish the trend of a change over time (between the stopped condition and the running condition) and the influences of given events.• Determining the relative positional change between coupled machines during operation.
– ROTALIGN Ultra utilizes its unique 5-axis receiver to monitor continuously, in real-time and simultaneously vertical and horizontal parallel displacement and vertical and horizontal angular displacement of rotating machinery, from cold to hot condition or vice versa.
