Spend Analytics is delivered via a cloud-based platform and includes a single, searchable database to analyse and investigate spend data and documentation. By aggregating multiple sources of procurement information including ERP systems, spreadsheets, contract repositories, supplier surveys and more, Spend Analytics delivers a 360° view of your supplier lifecycle.

At a high level, business stakeholders can review core KPIs and insights such as spend by business area, levels of working capital and overall performance against savings targets.

For deeper insights into your business data, Spend Analytics will provide critical line-item detail on suppliers (e.g. preferred supplier usage, mapped supply chain risk etc.) and category management insights (e.g. spend under contract, total savings to date per category, unusually high volumes of POs per supplier etc.).

The Spend Analytics service is fully hosted, incorporating all hardware, software, support and maintenance. To access the platform, users simply require a standard internet browser.
