Rossi Expositions is the General Services Contractor for this event. You will receive an email from them with login information to their Exhibitor Order Site. On this site, you’ll find important event information, such as set-up and dismantle schedules, advance (discounted) pricing deadlines and shipping deadlines. You’ll also be able to order a wide variety of equipment and services for your booth, including the following:

• Audio Visual Equipment• Carpeting• Display Labor• Freight Handling – advance shipments, show site shipments, etc.• Furniture:

• Tables• Chairs/Stools/Other seating options• Display furniture

• Plants• Printed materials:

• Banners – fabric, vinyl or pull-up• Signs – various sizes and substrates• Hard wall panels – to give your booth an upgraded look

Rossi Expositions will email each exhibitor with a login to their online ordering portal. Inside this portal you can order all of the above.
