MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL ELECTION CLUB MEETINGDate: March 1, 2019

There being a quorum present, the meeting was called to order at: 7:05 AM

Special Club Election: President Rod Weick called the meeting to order and announced that the Board has nominated Ken Meeker to fill the vacancy of club director. Bob Munger moved that the nomination be placed before the membership for a vote; Judy Munger second. There were no nominations from the floor. Motion carried by unanimous voice vote.
