Design for InclusionDesigning for Inclusion ensures that the full diversity of your target group can make optimal use of (digital) information and communication resources.

It is a design approach in which designers and other parties involved in designing products, services or environments:

• take into account various possible limitations of users, in (digital) skills or due to their circumstances

• involve users with various limitations in the entire design process
