Fire resistance

All Polaris cabinets carry the ECB•S S120 DIS label and the UL72 Class 125 2HR label.

This means the Polaris offers two hours datamedia protection.

Test involves:

Stage 1: Furnace exposure to 1049°C

Stage 2: Dropped from a 9.1m height. This dupl icates conditions of a floor collapse in a fire

Stage 3: Reheating

Stage 4: Furnace cool out as latent heat is present within the unit

Stage 5: Continuous monitoring of the temperature throughout the cool out period

Key Features

• Tested and certified to EN 1047-1 and UL Class 125-2H which confirms 120 minutes fire protection

• Secured by a Rosengrens Resettable RKL-10 key lock as standard

• Manufactured in accordance with Quality Management System 9001:2000

• Can be customised with locking options and a range of fittings (e.g. shelves, Extensible shelves with adjustable dividers)
