Belmont: One furnished room in a 1 BR/1 BA apartment to share with one person. Apartment is on Old County Roadand near public transportation. Laundry is available. $900/month with $450 deposit. New housemate will be renting thebedroom. Current renter works M-F; owns one friendly cat, but cannot accept more pets. She is a non-smoker andprefers a non-smoking housemate.

Burlingame: One furnished room in a 2 BR/1 BA townhouse to share with one person. $825/month with $825 deposit.50% shared utilities. Outside smoker ok. No pets. Small front detached patio, street parking, laundry. Near transportationand downtown area.

South San Francisco: Three bedroom, 2 bath home to share with family. The home is not close to transportation. Roomhas a separate entrance and private bath and is unfurnished. The room will rent for $650 including utilities. Nonsmoking.Homeowers have 1 dog but cannot accept additional pets.
