Skirting/ Architrave will be from the Chamfered architrave range as below. Heel blocks to be taken fdoors to the kitchen, sitting room and hallway only. No heel blocks to bathrooms or bedrooms etc. will allow for installation and caulking prior to painting, which forms part of contract. Final design anto be decided by client on site.

Painting:

Contractor to allow for painting of the entire house.Ceilings to be finished white.Wall colours will be advised prior to painting.All skirtings/ architraves etc., to be decided on site.
