WHERE TO FIND US Rookery Retreat & Spa is located in a beautiful converted barn in the lakeside grounds of Rookery Manor Hotel & Spa in Edingworth, near Weston-super-Mare, Somerset BS24 0JB.

SPA ETIQUETTE Your Treatment: Guests must complete a medical questionnaire, so please arrive 30 minutes before your treatment time. Skin patch testing 24 hours prior to treatment may be required.Deposit: A deposit is required for all appointments. If you are booking a course of treatments, full payment is due in advance.Clothing: All guests will be provided with a towel. A robe and flip flops can be hired for £5.00. Bathing costumes need to be worn in the relaxation areas, infrared sauna, outdoor hot tub and hydrotherapy pool.Mobile Phones & Smoking: We operate a no-smoking policy inside the spa building and mobile phones must be switched off.Cancellations: Please give 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your treatment or you will be charged the full cost.Age Restrictions: The spa & gym are open only to guests aged 16 years and over. Please consult the Spa Manager for further information.Hotel Guests: Full use of the spa & gym facilities is free of charge to hotel guests until 12noon on the day of departure.
