BACKGROUND

Ultralam roofing products are produced in Mexico and under licence in China. So far sales are high in Latin America and some parts of West Africa. Some sales are also being made in the US.

ULTRALAM CONCEPT

Ultralam SSA has the licence to sell Ultralam products into Sub Sahara Africa. Sales are made into countries or regions through arrangements with a person or persons in

country. The individual buys the product from Ultralam SSA, imports and then sells the products at their own discretion and price.

There is the opportunity for someone to negotiate the sole right and license to sell Ultralam into a country or region providing they guarantee and order a agreed volume of sales per month.

USES

The product range means that Ultralam can be used in a variety of different settings:

Low cost housing. o Durable and long lasting. Does not corrode like galvanised steel. o Re-useable and versatile with design flexibility. Easy to fix in place and does not require

specialist tools. Safe! Does not conduct electricity. o Light and easy to transport. Strong! You can drive a vehicle over a sheet and it will not

be damaged. o UV resistant, with better insulation than galvanised products. Also flame resistant.

Warehouse and large storage facilities. o Ultralams low weight reduces the build cost of the sub-frame. o Chemical resistance means it can be used for industries handling corrosive materials. o Low maintenance requirement and strength means it is easy and inexpensive to

maintain. o It can be supplied in colours with a brand print embedded. o Can be ordered in lengths up to 38ft further reducing build costs.
