We have within our reach a formidable collection of advocates for 1:1 in our classrooms: Students and Parents.
Recommendation #1: Assemble a Transformational Leadership Group (TLG) in your district (nation-state-province-district-school) composed of students, parents and educators. Provide specific mandates to promote transformation in learning and teaching.
Early Adaptors Don’t Convince
The “HUMAN FACTOR” prevails, regardless of the size of your deployment. People are People are People are People!
B.I.P.P.: Beliefs-Ideologies-Philosophies- Pedagogy
Lasting Leadership means ensuring that the team that surrounds you are equally passionate. It’s not a JOB!
Recommendation #2: Develop Individualized Intervention Plan (I.I.P.)intended to further integrate the mid/late adaptors. Hold conferences on education and transformational strategies in learning and teaching.
