— Acts 2:3 ST. ANTHONY NOVENA The Novena in honor of St. Anthony in preparation for his feast will begin on Saturday, June 3 and conclude on Sunday, June 11. The Novena Prayers will be recited following each Mass. Petition slips for you to write your intentions are located by the statue of St. Anthony. St. Anthony, pray for us! BAPTISM / WEDDING REGISTRATIONS Baptism registrations will be taken in the vestibule after the 12pm Mass or any weekday in the Rectory. Please bring child’s birth certificate. We encourage couples who are civilly married and couples think-ing of marriage to stop by the rectory and speak with Fr. Anderson. Thank you. TRADITIONAL MASSES We invite everyone to attend the Traditional Mass, Sunday’s at 9 a.m. Following the Mass there will be Exposition, Prayer of Deliverance, Distribution of St. Benedict Medals, Coffee and donuts provided afterwards! THIRTEEN TUESDAYS IN HONOR OF ST. ANTHONY The traditional devotion of the Thirteen Tuesdays in honor of St. Anthony continues every Tuesday evening at 7 p.m., as we prepare for the Feast of our Parish Patron St. Anthony. Please join us. FATHER’S DAY NOVENA OF MASSES Beginning on Father’s Day, 9 Holy Masses will be offered for all fathers, grandfathers, and godfathers, living and deceased, who have been enrolled. Cards for this purpose in English and Spanish are located at the tables in the back of the church. Please list the names of all those you wish to remember in these Masses on the envelope and return it in the collection basket by Father’s Day.

ST. ANTHONY FEAST IN THE GARDEN Please join us as we celebrate the Feast of St. Anthony in our garden which will take

place next Sunday, June 11 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

We will have hot food (minimal cost), refreshments, barbeque, face painting,

entertainment and vendors. Rain date will be June 18th.

RELIGIOUS EDUCATION REGISTRATION All public school children should be registered for Religious Education beginning in September. Please bring Baptismal Certificate, birth certificate if not Baptized and $60 registration fee per child, $100 per family. Religious Ed will be held on Saturday’s at 2:00 p.m., followed by Mass at 4:00 p.m. All parents must accompany children to Mass. This is mandatory as is a monthly parent Faith Formation workshop to assist in home Catechesis. VOLUNTEER CATECHISTS NEEDED Volunteers are very much needed to assist in the 2017-18 Religious Ed program. Married couples are also needed to act as facilitators and God Parents to the families in the Religious Ed program. Please contact Mr. Oscar Aviles at ext. 102, if you are interested in volunteering. TODAY’S READINGS First Reading — Filled with the Holy Spirit, the apostles begin to speak in tongues (Acts 2:1-11). Psalm — Lord, send out your Spirit, and renew the face of the earth (Psalm 104). Second Reading — In one Spirit we are baptized into one body and given to drink of one Spirit (1 Corinthians 12:3b-7, 12-13). Gospel — Jesus Christ appears to the disciples and sends them on their mission with the power to forgive or retain sins through the Holy Spirit (John 20:19-23).

FIESTA DE SAN ANTONIO EN EL JARDIN Por favor acompañenos a celebrar la fiesta de

San Antonio en nuestro jardín que tendrá lugar el próximo domingo, 11 de junio

de 10:00 a.m. hasta las 3:00 p.m. Tendremos comida caliente (mínimo

costo), refrescos, barbacoa, pintura de cara, entretenimiento y vendedores.

Si llueve, la nueva fecha será el 18 de junio.

REGISTRACIÓN PARA EDUCACIÓN RELIGIOSA Todos los niños de la escuela pública deberían ser registrados para la Educación Religiosa que comienza en septiembre. Por favor traiga el Certificado de Bautizo, certificado de nacimiento si no estan bautizados y $60 para inscripción por niño, $100 por familia.
