Jer. 29:11For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

He intercedes for me

Rom. 8:26 “In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express.” and Hebrews 4:15 and 16 “15For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet was without sin. 16Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.”

working all things for my good

Rom. 8:28 -And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.

Though trials may come, I have this hope

John 16:33 “…In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world”

I will yet praise him, My great redeemer

Job 19:25 “I know that my Redeemer lives, and that in the end he will stand upon the earth.”

John 8:12 "I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life." Or 2 Sam 22:29 the LORD turns my darkness into light.

My God is for me, He’s not against me

Rom 8:31 What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?

So tell me whom then, tell me whom then shall I fear

Psalm 27:1 The LORD is my light and my salvation -whom shall I fear? The LORD is the stronghold of my life -of whom shall I be afraid?

He has prepared for me great works He’ll help me to completeI have a hope. I have this hope

Eph. 2:10 “For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”

Goodness and mercy, they’re gonna follow meAnd I’ll forever dwell in the house of my great King

Psalm 23:6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever

No eye has ever seen, all He’s preparing there for me

1 Cor. 2:9 (referencing Isaiah 64:4) No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love him .

Though trials may come, I have this hope

There’s still hope for me
