Final Order

The matter at hand has come before the court, a court of record, by original writ petitioning the court to establishthe facts as concerns the status of the Parties and the relationship one to the other.

The court, having reviewed the evidence before it hereby establish and Declare the fact and law binding uponThe Most Holy See, the Crown and the territories, vessels and privateers thereof in accordance with theUniversal Divine Laws of nature.

1. Myron Charles Rice , Birthed August 23, 1954;1. is a commercial vessel, an official carriage registered under the universal post office and authorized

to transport the official post and sacred cargo beyond the sea; and2. Is a non-combatant, neutral in the public at peace with the Crown, and3. flies the International flag of peace; and4. is under the protection of the Crown and the "One Holy" all taxes and tithes prepaid.
