VanGentroll-awaylayingnestsThe Van Gent roll-away laying nests represent simplicity and high quality. The laying nests are suitable for layers, layer breeders and broiler breeders.

Thebestresults!The successful concept of the Van Gent roll-away laying nest is the result of years of practical experience. The construction is simple and stable which makes the nests easy to assemble and easy to clean. The expulsion system makes it possible to remove the hens periodically from the nests. This prevents fouled nests and broody hens. A mechanical time-clock activates the expulsion system.

VanGentlayingnestwithmovablefloorThis roll-away laying nest is equipped with a rack and pinion system. Due to this system the nestfloor is lifted in two phases: During the first phase the floor is lifted backwards so the eggs will roll onto the eggbelt. In the second phase the floor is moved forward closing the nest. In case there are dead animals left in the nest they will be expelled from the nest. The nest with the movable floor is deep enough to accomodate a large number of hens.
