Gearing ratio

On the basis of the thickness of the fabric, choice of option and dimensions, the ideal tube and gearing will be chosen by production. If several products of differing dimensions are to be ordered, it must be stated on the order if two blinds should have matching hardware. The size of tubediameter and gearing would be determined by the blinds with biggest Width and/or Drop Maximum width 3600 mm.Maximum Drop 4000 mm.

Measuring and Mounting

MeasuringBy ordering "Recess size" there will automatically be a reduction of 3 mm in the width of the product By ordering "Blind Size" there will be no deductions allowethe product will be produced to finish at the overall size thawas ordered.

Operation

Ball chain

• Chain standard metal in RVS (stainless steel)optional white or grey plastic ballchain

• Chain weight standard white, optional RVS look• Special chain lengths to order; 3000 and 3500 mm

Crank Rod

Length of the crank rod is 250mm less than the totaldrop of the product. Special lengths can be supplies ifstated on the order.

ElectricThere are a selection of motors available within the Roller XL range. The type of motor is dependant onthe tube diameter and vice versa.

Options

KoppelenAll types of XL can be coupled with up to 3 Rollersconnected to one control system. The coupling can be donusing either one or two brackets with a link betwen the rollers.The blinds are assembled and linked in fitting of eachblind.

The setting disk is mounted on the no control side. The heof the fabric can be reasonably adjusted. This way blinds thare coupled can be adjusted so that they align.

Leveller The patented leveller mechanism easily can correct a blindthat rolls out of square. By using an 'allen' key you canadjust the roller up or down +/- 4mm. If you require the levellers these need to be ordered at no extra cost.Note: Using the leveller will increase the light gap at theside of the blind by 2 or 9mm depending on the model.

Designer mounting bracket

Aluminium mounting bracket for use on type XL 10 or XL 20 available in three lengths: 38 mm, 46 mm, 56 mm. Specifically for mounting on face. Plastic insert isavailable in 3 colours: white, grey or black

Points for attention

• Hardware is available in the colours: white, grey or black • When using the 20 mm side channel the fabric does not

run in the channel but with the 64 mm side channel it does therefore there will be a light gap between the fabric and channel which will be increased by wind or draughts.

• If ordering Recess size, the blind width is automatically reduced by 3 mm in the width, If ordereed as a 'blind size' no allowance will be made, the blind will be made at the exact size ordered. if nothing is specified it will be assumed that 'Recess size' has been given.

• Please note: When discrepancy occurs between the specifications in the collection book and this manual, the information in the manual should be taken as correct.
