Roger Ross President, Airlines & Fleets

Roger Ross serves as President, Airlines & Fleets. As the leader of StandardAero’s largest division, Ross is responsible for the operational and financial performance of the multiple business units comprising Airlines & Fleets. He is a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team.

Prior to joining StandardAero in 2019, Ross served as President of Esterline Technologies, Sensors and Systems and has more than 25 years of accomplished leadership in the Aerospace Industry. During his professional career, he has managed a number of successful global operations for Goodrich Aerospace and United Technologies rising through leadership positions in operations and engineering, covering MRO and Engine Programs as well as Aerostructures and Actuation systems while managing large global business P&Ls for both OEM and Aftermarket customers in multiple domestic and international locations.

Ross holds an both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University as well as an MBA from the University of Colorado. He is also an experienced practitioner of lean principals.
