New electronic sizer allowing to grade at high speed products with a cylindrical and elongated shape such as cucumbers, courgettes, egg-plants…

In spite of its high speed (up to 300 weighing cups/mn), this sizer is fitted with a quite precise weighing system : +/- 0,5% of the mobile mass on a cup.

The Longway sizer has an automatic cup calibration system giving an optimal accuracy of the weighing and avoiding problems such as : Soiled cups, twisted frames…

The singulation, automatic or manual, is made up of a heavy duty plastic mesh elevator which can be easily cleaned. It needs no maintenance.

Thanks to a motorized brush, products are carefully conveyed towards the cups of the sizer.This sizer can be equipped with an electronic system al-lowing to gauge products according to their length, diameter, bend.

A quite simple system enables to direct the products crosswise on the outlets. So the accumulation capacity is much better and the packaging much easier.
