FLEXIBILITY & CONDITIONING CLASSESHeld on Tuesdays: June 5th, 12nd, 19th, 26th, July 10th and 17th

Tuition: $12 per classStrength and flexibility are vital qualities that a dancer works to obtain. Increasing flexibility not only improves your dance performance but also improves power, coordination, alignment and helps to reduce the risk of injuries. This class is paid for per class and dancers can choose which dates they can attend. Parents wanting to take this class with their dancer may do so at no cost!

Tuition: $15.00 per 1.5 hour workshopWe are excited to provide our dancers with the opportunity to participate in several workshops throughout the summer. RMD is proud to bring in some of the industries finest instructors to enhance our dancer’s summer training.

Workshops available for dancers 8-years and older, classes may be further divided based on age and skill after enrollment is complete.

TECHNIQUE CLASSESHeld on Thursdays: June 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th, July 12th and 19th

Tuition: $12 per classDuring our technique classes, dancers will focus on technique that is relevant to all dance genres. Special emphasis will be placed on turns and leaps. Technique classes are available for dancers 6-years and older and are paid per class. Classes may be further divided based on age and skill after enrollment is complete.

In order to continue with their progress, currently enrolled students are strongly encouraged to participate in the summer program. The Summer Intensive is mandatory for all Company and Pointe students. In addition, they will be required to attend a minimum of 3 master classes, 3 technique classes and 3 flexibility and conditioning classes. They must also be available during the week of choreography. If you are unable to commit to these classes, please speak with Trisha before auditioning for company class.

Private tumbling classes are also available throughout the summer. To schedule private lessons, please contact our Tumbling Director, Allison Knoles at 801-928-4657. Each individual instructor will charge their own fee in addition to RMDs studio fee. ENCHANTED BALLET CAMPJUNE 25th-28th

Tuition: $65Ages 3-6Preschool students: 2:45-4:15PMKindergarten students: 4:30-6:00PMWHAT MAKES THE BALLET SO ENCHANTING? The Fairies, Costumes, Stories and of course the Princesses! Your little ballerina will enjoy a fun-filled week dancing and participating in arts and craft activities. Along with their daily dance class, students will learn about the “Enchanting” stories of the ballets. Dancers will make special props that will be used during the workshop including fairy wings, tutus,

crowns and wands! Class space is limited — Register Early.

CHOREOGRAPHY WEEKAugust 20th-25th

Choreography fee: $150Choreography week is mandatory for all company dancers.

Dancers will be learning choreography for their upcoming Hip Hop and Contemporary/Lyrical routines. Please be available each day. Detailed schedules will be given as we receive more information from our guest choreographers.

Choreography fees pay our guest choreographers and covers choreography and rehearsals for both a contemporary and hip-hop routine. Tuition for dancers not participating in both routines will be adjusted at $75 per routine.

SUMMER INTENSIVE 2018July 23rd-Aug 10th

No classes will be held on July 24th, a make-up class will be held on Tuesday, August 14th.

MULTIPLE CLASSES FOR SUMMER INTENSIVE CLASSES ARE DISCOUNTED AT 15%. Summer session must be paid for in full. Dancers unable to attend the entire session should contact our office manager at 801-557-9653 for details about pro-rating. Please note that there will be a $10.00 fee per dancer to pro-rate and arrangements must be made with the office manager no later than July 1st. (Discount applies to summer INTENSIVE and excludes workshops, flexibility and technique classes).

RMD Continuing Students: When registering for summer intensive classes, dancers should register for the level or company they are currently in.
