Rocky Bleier Seminar Script: Hello, I'm Rocky Bleier, four time Super Bowl champion with the Pittsburgh Steelers, member of the 1966 Notre Dame national championship team, and honored advocate for the care of our retirees and veterans. I understand you're here tonight because you or someone you love needs guidance regarding their estate plan, and protecting your family legacy. You have a need to work with someone that has experience, and someone you know you can trust. Tackling estate planning can be a difficult task, and trying to do this alone is something that I truly do not recommend.. You could say I've had my fair share of adversity and that I have been in some difficult situations too. When I was wounded in Vietnam, doctors told me that I would probably never walk again. Ten seasons, and four Super Bowl rings later, I guess you can say I had a second opinion. In order to overcome adversity, I had to persevere through some tough times. And let me tell you – it wasn't easy, and I definitely did not do it alone. The truth is we all have to face difficult, personal trials in our lives. And the reason you're here tonight may be because of a challenging situation. You may feel overwhelmed, not sure even where to begin, but believe me, you are not alone. There is a quality, trustworthy team available to guide you through the difficult decisions. I couldn't have made it through my trials on the football field without the support from my teammates, and the guidance of my coaches. I encourage you to not only seek support from your loved ones, but also from experienced professionals that can help bear the burden of the decisions that lie ahead. The people from the Elder Law Offices of Shields and Boris have helped thousands of Pennsylvania retirees, and families like your own protect their legacy. Have you wondered about securing the future of your home, having the right legal documents in place, avoiding probate, inheritance taxes, or other terms you may have heard, but ultimately wonder how it could apply to your situation? As a law firm that concentrates solely on Elder and Financial law issues, Shields and Boris have seen it all, and they are excited to share

Rocky Bleier Seminar Script:

Hello, I'm Rocky Bleier, four time Super Bowl champion with the Pittsburgh Steelers, member of the 1966 Notre Dame national championship team, and honored advocate for the care of our retirees and veterans.

As a law firm that concentrates solely on Elder and Financial law issues, Shields and Boris have seen it all, and they are excited to share that knowledge with you.

Attorney Jim Shields was in his 3rd year of law school when his mother suddenly passed away.  His family turned to him and he was faced with the realization that nothing he knew about law would help him handle his family’s estate disposition.  He was left feeling helpless and alone, unprepared for this situation.  Fortunately, he found an attorney who specialized in estate planning.  He guided him through that difficult time and helped him find the answers for his family. He knows what it’s like to feel helpless and confused and has dedicated his career to creating a law firm that serves as an advocate for his clients as they navigate the complex waters of estate planning and Elder Law matters.

Our championship coach Chuck Noll used to say, “Some people pray for wisdom, I pray for 260 pound tackles. They'll give me all the wisdom I need.” Well consider Shields and Boris your 260 pound tackle. By being here you've taken a vital first step into educating yourself on some of the most important decisions you'll ever make. You need help tackling some of the potential pitfalls associated with long term care planning.

Being pro-active and prepared for potential future needs can save you thousands of dollars and give you the peace of mind knowing that you are protecting your family from bearing the cost of your care.
