Events
In April, RIT Circle K worked on a multitude of projects. These are expressed
in the following pages.
Heart Walk Tabling:
Our members helped collect donations to support the American Heart society.
Also this month RIT’s Team Tiger walked to further support the association
and its research on cardiac related heath issues and concerns.
RIT Open House Tabling:
Members of club manned our own table at RIT’s Open House for ac-
cepted students. We showed off our new club websites, posters and
we expressed what our club does. Thank you to the members who
helped encourage new students to consider RIT Circle K!
EVENTS
BE THE MATCH Tabling:
Members of club helped out support a Bone Marrow drive by
tabling in the SAU. This year we continued to grow the amount of
those interested in being a match to individuals who need bone
marrow transplants. In a similar way to blood drives, participants if
matched to needy individuals, can transfer bone marrow cells and
help save lives!
EVENTS
Relay For Life:
This year to support Breast Cancer awareness and to help fund and
support research into this area. This year, had a superhero team
theme. Our team the RIT Circle K Minions dressed up and walked to
support the American cancer society.

EVENTS
IMAGINE RIT (MAY first 2015)
Since this was one of the events this weekend, it was one of our last
big events, and many of our members participated, I am including
this event in this last newsletter for the year. Imagine RIT is a festi-
val showcasing the creativity and innovative projects of students
campus wide. RIT circle K helped out in general volunteering, by
doing general work. Some of our members even got to be Ritchie,
our tiger mascot! The event was really enjoyable and we helped out
quite a bit! Here are some photos of us and the projects!
FUN!
Enjoy for this month the images that Lindsay our secretary has
been sending as part of the meeting minutes!
This month, we wanted to spotlight two members who
joined us late towards the end of the service year. Despite not having being part of club, Anthony
Copeland and Tim Preskenis Have been very active in our recent events, and have wholeheartedly supported
the club. We are proud to have them as active and lively members of RIT Circle K!
