RDL Architects, Inc.; Cleveland, Ohio Director of Project Management December 2003 to July 2005Architectural firm specializing in Residential Design with six employees responsible for promoting growth of RDL to twelve employees in one year. Their success and growth continues and now have more than 40 employees with growth into a wide variety of markets far beyond an original Residential focus.- Developed and implemented comprehensive Business Development plan to introduce RDL Architects to new Senior, and Active Adult Residential housing clients. This successful business plan provided over $1 million in signed contracts in 2004 (six months ahead of projections). Provide staff supervision from early design stages through construction observation as well as coordination of all outside consultants.
