WHAT TO DO BEFORE HOLD-UP
Maintain high level of security awareness.
Be sure that all points entry are closed and secured.
Conducting roving & patrolling
Visitors and guest are challenged prior to entry (access control)
Be alert and aware always
Be responsible and honest guard
Maintain service availability of firearms
Maintain service availability of communications facilities
Frisking be applied if necessary
Vehicles be also checked
Mark control areas (restricted areas)
Report security status every 4-hour interval

AFTER THE HOLD-UP
Look for fatality or injured person Call the nearest police station
Guide the persons outside the scene without touchinganything
Protect the scene by cordoning
Protect all items touched by the robbers If possible, get the name and address of all the persons
present during the hold-up
Do not trust your memory, record the following: Weapon used
Number of suspects
Color, model, plate number of vehicles used
Direction of get away vehicle
Modus operandi
Do not discuss said matter until cleared by client.
