Fishing for WoodEach spring, our Creator blesses my family with amazing dri wood that floats along our home by the O awa/ Outaouais River. We started by gathering some to use as firewood, and then we began displaying a few of the more interes ng pieces as ornaments that decorate the flower garden and rivers edge for our friends, family and boaters to appreciate.
As more and more dri wood passed by, I no ced some of the wood was extremely interes ng and unique, so I began pu ng my ar s c side to work by crea ng swings, well skirts, hangers for feeders and bird houses, furniture, lamps and dri wood wall art.
Soon, Rob&Wood was born on the concept to recycle and reuse, while cleaning up the environment, protec ng Mother Earth and crea ng unique and beau ful pieces of dri wood art.
My wife, Sylvie, and I love going out on our expedi ons in search of these special offerings from our Creator.
