DESCRIPTION

Rob Rave will talk about successfully creating designing and implementing an employee engagement programme with a Footsie 100 company in 2013. His presentation will focus on ideas and distinctions both on what feedback was received about the engagement training and also key 'learnings' that emerged around it's successful implementation. He will also offer some ideas as to why this program is still 'sticking' and this will be followed by a short Q&A session.

What is engagement ?

“Engagement is positive presence. It is marked by energy dedication and absorption. It involves bringing our best self and full self to work" Paolo Galletti HR Director

And “Engagement involves using our ‘best’ and ‘full’ range of constructive conversational skills with us to work” Rob Rave- Progress Talk

The Offer

The approach is simple practical, highly effective and increases the chance of "light bulb" moments . It is the glue that makes change and progress stick.

Leaders, managers and individuals who can direct and influence attention and conversations that engage and focus on positive change and progress will "land the messages" and make this positive change and progress continuously happen as "business as usual" versus a one off initiative.
