Roaming Certificate Renewal Process
1.1 Request Roaming Certificate
Once your certificate is ready to be renewed or expired and you wish to renew, please follow the
below steps to renew the certificate. Renew certificate request is mostly similar to new certificate
request. Please login to MYCRS.
1. At Dashboard page, click on CERTIFICATE MANAGEMENT link or click on Certificate menu and
select View Status sub menu.
2. In the View Status page, Click on Certificate Expiry (within 30 days) tab. List of Renew
Certificate table contain the list of your Certificate that will be expired in less than 30 days.
Click on RENEW button.

3. For Step 1, verify your profile information accordingly. If your name is wrong, please change at
Profile section. Please take note that the address in this section is the Billing Address. After
you finish, click on NEXT button.
4. For Step 2, please note to verify your company information accordingly.
If you are applying as Individual, please fill in your individual information again. (Example:
Company Name as your name, Registration No as your IC No / Passport).
Please take note that, the address in this section is the Shipping Address. After you finish, click
on NEXT button.
5. For Step 3, select the appropriate package. Package will determine the certificate validity,
media and price. This information will be displayed when you select a package.
You can only select a package with the same media. Please note to verify the selected package
is correct. After you finish, click on NEXT button.

6. For Step 4, click on Choose File button to upload applicable supporting document. Supporting
document will be based on project requirement. You might have more than one supporting
document. Then, click on FINISH button after you have completed all renewing process.
Click on VIEW button to view previously uploaded identification document.
Click on Click Here to Upload NEW link to re-upload your identification document
Note: Only pdf, jpg or png accepted. File size must not exceed than 2MB.
7. MYCRS will prompt Terms & Conditions screen. You are required to read through the Terms &
Conditions and tick the acceptance check box. Click on I Accept button to proceed.
8. If payment is applicable: (Refer label 1)
o Click on Proceed to Payment button and you will be directed to List of Payment page. Please refer to section 1.2 : Payment on Page 4.
If payment is Not applicable: (Refer label 2)
o Click on OK button. Your certificate request is successfully submitted to be processed. o Please read section 1.3 : Additional information after successfully submitted
certificate request on page 6

1.2 Payment
This section will describe payment transaction in MYCRS. Please take note that payment is not
applicable to all purchases.
1. Payment page can be accessible as below:
After finish request a renewal certificate (Refer label 1) or;
At Dashboard page, click on PAYMENT & BILLING link (Refer label 2) or;
Click on Payment History menu (Refer label 2).
2. Under List of Pending Payment tab, select certificate request that you want to pay and click
on MAKE PAYMENT button (Refer label 1).
Please verify that the displayed information is correct. To proceed, select Payment Method
and click on PAY button (Refer label 2).
Then, you will be directed to payment gateway.

3. For Credit Card, please note to fill in the payment information accordingly and click on Submit
Payment button. For Internet Banking (FPX), click on the preferred bank icon. Payment
gateway will navigate you to the bank page.
Please do not refresh page until you are re-directed back to MYCRS page. Note: If you wish to cancel your payment, click on Cancel and Return to POS DIGICERT SDN BHD.
Suggestion: You may continue to make payment here or visit the Payment Page anytime.
4. If your payment is successful, MYCRS will display screen as per label 1. Click on View Invoice
button to view the invoice. To view the invoice later, go to Payment History menu and click
on List of Receipt (Invoice) tab.
Payment Gateway will send “Payment Notification” email notification and MYCRS will
send “MYCRS Tax Invoice” email notification to your registered email address in MYCRS.
Please read section 1.3: Additional Information after Successfully Submit Certificate
Request on Page 6.
If you have cancelled the payment or payment is unsuccessful, MYCRS will display screen as
per label 2. Click on Make Payment button to re-perform payment transaction.

1.3 Additional Information after Successfully Submitted Certificate Request
MYCRS will send an email notification with the subject “MYCRS RENEWAL Certificate Request
Email Notification” to your registered email address in MYCRS. This email is to inform that your
request is successful and waiting to be processed. Pos Digicert will contact you for verification
process and will approve the certificate request approximately in five (5) working days after
successful verification (if applicable). You may monitor your application status via MYCRS. Please
refer to section 1.4 : Monitor Your Certificate Request and Status on Page 6.
Possible action when your application is being processed by Pos Digicert: If you are required to
update the application / request information, MYCRS will send you an email notification to your
registered email address in MYCRS, please refer to section 1.5 : Need Confirmation Feedback /
Additional Certificate Information Required on Page 7.
Once your certificate has been approved, MYCRS will send an email notification with the subject
“MYCRS Roaming Certificate Approved” to your registered email address in MYCRS. Then, you are
required to set certificate PIN. Please refer to section 1.6 : Set Certificate PIN for Renewal on
Page 10.
1.4 Monitor Your Certificate Request and Status
Please follow the steps below to monitor certificate request status. Please login to MYCRS.
1. At Dashboard page, click on CERTIFICATE MANAGEMENT link or click on Certificate menu and select View Status sub menu.

2. At the List of Certificate table, refer to column App Status. Click on icon to view details.
3. To monitor your certificate, you may click on Action button and choose any options.
1.5 Need Confirmation Feedback/ Additional Certificate Information Required
You are required to update and re-submit the certificate request, if applicable. This will happen during
the processing stage.

Suggestion: Please note to complete the application form or etc.
1. MYCRS will send an email notification with the subject “MYCRS Additional Certificate Information Required” to your registered email address in MYCRS if an update is required. Open the email and click on the link. Please continue to login to MYCRS as usual. MYCRS will display the certificate request accordingly. OR If you are accessing from MYCRS Dashboard page, click on CERTIFICATE MANAGEMENT link or click on Certificate menu and select View Status sub menu.
2. At View Status page, click on Pending User Confirmation tab. Click on UPDATE CONFIRMATION button.
3. You may proceed to update the request made as per our officer commented at Confirm
Certificate Request page, under Your Certificate Request tab. To view the comment, click on

Request Confirmation tab and refer Officer Reason section. Click on NEXT button to go to the next step. Click on FINISH button to re-submit the request. If you are required to change your name, please change at your Profile. If you are required to re-upload supporting document, click on Step 4 icon and upload
your supporting document. o To re-upload the supporting documents, under Compulsory Supporting Document
section, Click on DELETE button. Click on OK button when a confirmation message “Are you sure?” is displayed. Click on Choose File button to upload a new supporting document. (Note: Only pdf, jpg or png accepted. File size must not exceed than 2MB.)
4. MYCRS will prompt Terms & Conditions screen. You are required to read through the Terms & Conditions and tick the acceptance check box. Click on I Accept button to proceed.
5. Click on OK button when confirmation message is displayed. MYCRS will display message
“Your application has been successfully resubmitted for processing”. Click on OK button.
MYCRS will send an email notification with the subject “MYCRS Certificate Request
Confirmation Email Notification” to your registered email address in MYCRS.
Pos Digicert will verify your certificate request resubmission. Refer to section 1.4 to monitor
the application status or once certificate has been approved, MYCRS will send an email
notification with the subject “MYCRS Roaming Certificate Approved” to your registered email
address in MYCRS.

1.6 Set Certificate PIN for Renewal
Please follow the steps below to set certificate PIN.
1. MYCRS will send “MYCRS Roaming Certificate Approved” email notification to your registered
email address in MYCRS once the request has been approved by Pos Digicert. Open the email
and click on the URL to set your PIN.
PIN refers to your certificate password.
2. If you have an existing Roaming Certificate, MYCRS will display screen as above.
Enter your existing PIN. If you forgot your existing PIN or your PIN has been blocked, click
on Reset PIN here link to perform reset PIN or request from MYCRS under action
dropdown list, before continue with this action.
Click on SUBMIT button. MYCRS will display information message as below.
Note: This PIN is your Certificate PIN and you need to use this PIN during signing in system
when applicable. Minimum length for this PIN is 8 characters and maximum length for this PIN
is 16 characters.

3. Click on OK button. MYCRS will send “MYCRS Roaming Certificate Ready” email notification
to your registered email address in MYCRS.
1.7 Expiry Notice
You will receive an email with the subject “MYCRS [No. of Days] Certificate Expiry Notification” to
your registered email address in MYCRS as a reminder prior to the certificate expiry date on;
2 months (60 days) before expiry date.
1 month (30 days) before expiry date.
7 days before expiry date.
When your certificate has expired, you are only allowed to access View Request function only. The
certificate status will be turned to EXPIRED.
