• Buses drop off on the South side of the school. Parents drop off on the North side of school.

• Building opens at 7:00 a.m.—if you are here you must enter—no hanging around outside! At 7:00 a.m., the only door open to students is the Car Rider door on the North side of the building.

• Students may enter the building through all three main doors (Car Rider, Front, Bus) beginning at 7:30.

• Any students riding “wheels” to school need to secure the “wheels” either outside (bicycles) or in their lockers (skateboards). After arriving on school property, “wheels” may not be ridden.

• Students sit quietly in your assigned/grade-level area until 8:03 bell unless you have a written pass from a parent or faculty member to attend other activities, i.e. Tutorials or meetings. (6th grade upper commons, 7th grade lower commons stairs and 8th grade lower commons)

• Students needing to go to the library may go beginning at 7:45. If you go to the library, you must stay in the library until the 8:03 bell.

• Students entering the building at or after 8:10 a.m. must go to the attendance window to get a LATE ENTRY PASS. This pass will either say “To Cafeteria or To class.”

• If you are not eating breakfast, get materials for your day and go to class.

• If eating breakfast, go straight to cafeteria.

• All students are expected to be in advisory at 8:10.

• WALK on RIGHT SIDE of hall. • Keep hands, feet, and objects to self.• Use inside voice level and school

appropriate language.• Use lockers only during designated

passing periods.• Talk while walking.• Respond respectfully to ALL adult re-

• Remain seated unless walking with a purpose: i.e. throw away trash, clean up spills, go to restroom.

• Speak in an inside voice.

• Consume all food and drinks in the cafeteria.

• Clean up your area; place food and drinks in trash.

• WALK to and from the cafeteria in an ORDERLY fashion.

• Stand and wait in line respectfully, keeping hands, feet and objects to yourself.

• Walk to your seat with your tray or food.

• Seats are “first come, first serve.”

• Expect to stay in the cafeteria until dismissed at 8:03am.

Lunch Expectation

• Bring lunches to class before lunch.

• Sit in assigned Team area until released by lunch monitor to get lunch.

• Lunch Monitor will release you by table to return to class.

• Restrooms are to be used during Passing Periods.

• Passes and restrooms are color coded. Use assigned restroom. You must have a pass.

• During class periods, students will have 3 passes, per class, per semester to exit the class.

• Students may not exit class at all during first 10 minutes or last 10 minutes of class.

• Must return with pass in a reasonable amount of time.

on the floor.• Use time for completing assigned

• 3:30 p.m. Students exit building.• Students are responsible for

bringing their materials with them at the end of the day. The hall doors will be locked at 3:40 p.m.

• Any student attending after school activities (clubs/tutorials) report to cafeteria by 3:40.

• 3:45 students in the cafeteria should expect club sponsor or teacher to pick them up.

• All students exiting the campus after 3:40 must exit through the cafeteria.

• You may call home from a classroom when finished with an after school activity. A pass will be given to you to re-enter the cafeteria in order to leave the school.
