Current LTA with Rolls Royce as the preferred supplier of rigid tube assemblies on their best

selling V2500 civil jet engine.

Manufacturer of rigid tube assemblies used on Rolls Royce Trent 500, 700, 800 and 900 civil jet

engines..

Fixed LTA with German manufacturer Nord Micro for production of rigid tube assemblies used on the

EJ200 military jet engine.Current orders with Spanish manufacturer C.E.S.A.

• 7 CNC Bending machines capable of producing rigid pipes ranging from 3,18mm to 41,28mm from stainless steel, titanium and exotic steels

• 6 Orbital welding plants with capability of welding the above range of pipe work

• 3 Semi-automatic tube cutting machines capable of cutting the above range of tube sizes

• Permaswage and Eaton aviation tube swaging cell• 2 hand brazing stations (increased to 4 by Q4 2007) and one induction

brazing machine• Fully automated and contained degreasing machine • Polishing cell with 3 rotary machines• Internal X-Ray and F.P.I. capabilities • Pressure Testing cell• Ability to manufacture to XYZ data/modular fixture

RMDG Core capabilities

CNC Small bore tube bending with product range from 1,5mm to 45,0mm with CLR from 1D upwards.

NADCAP approved automated T.I.G. orbital and manual welding to relevant customer acceptance criteria.

NADCAP approved NDT including Radiograph and Penetrant Flaw Detection to relevant customer

acceptance criteria.NADCAP approved brazing, both manual torch and

induction machine to relevant customer acceptance criteria.

Swaging – Both Permaswage and Stanley Corporation fitment capability.

3D Measurement - Giving the ability to Reverse Engineer and manufacture to XYZ dimensions.
