As design Principal and Owner of Jane Lockhart
Interior Design, Jane's firm continues to design, brand
and renovate spaces for retail, hospitality and
residential clients across the GTA. With a team of
seven designers, planners and managers, Lockhart
oversees a boutique business, which caters to
selective, and high profile clients with an eye for detail
and excellence.
Few people exemplify the qualities of personal
excellence, teamwork, community leadership,
and overcoming the odds better than CFL
legend Michael “Pinball” Clemons. With
boundless energy, Pinball’s talks centre on
the potential for each of us to achieve
anything we set our minds to. Unabashedly
emotional and impactful, he shows audiences
how to put heart into everything they do.
In 2009, he founded the Michael “Pinball”
Clemons Foundation, which is dedicated to
helping disadvantaged youth. He is also
currently working with Marc and Craig
Kielburger, founders of Free the Children, in
an initiative to build schools and clean water
systems in Africa.

Current economic conditions are presenting challenges
to most organizations. These factors are beyond the
control of any business, however there are steps that
can be taken to mitigate the negative effects on your
organization. The core of Lou’s presentation is to
motivate you to implement at least one recommendation as
soon as you get back to the office.
Threads of Life helps families of workplace tragedy
along their journey of healing by providing unique family
support programs and services. Each year in Canada,
more than three people are killed on-the-job every
working day. Debbie will be joining us to share her story.
Jeffrey Plant, VP Civil Infrastructure with
Infrastructure Ontario (IO). His presentation
covers IO’s continuous improvement
initiatives with the MTO, Metrolinx and
various Municipalities.

Dude - That was like the bomb!
The RMCAO 56th Annual General Meeting and Convention w ill be toooh-tally tubular! The AGM
Committee have been busy putting together yet another rad program. We are like psyched about this
year’s Convention...it will be the bomb!
CHILDREN’S INFORMATION
With more people bringing their children to our AGM & Convention, we thought the following information may come in handy for you to book babysitters and activities while you are busy at the events planned throughout the day and evening. The kids are more than welcome to join us for the Concrete Canoe races on Saturday afternoon. A food package* is available for them for breakfast and lunch, however it does not include dinner, as this is for adults only. (* see RMCAO Registration page)
Babysitting - services are available at the Rosseau, however you must make these arrangements in advance. You will need to complete the “Babysitting Release Document” that can be found on our website (sent directly to Rosseau), and you will then receive a list of service providers.
Recreational Activities - you may want to get together with other parents to plan for group activities. If you would like to set up a kids camp, 2-3 hours where you drop them off, you will need to book with Dan Arcand, GM Muskoka Sports & Recreation - 1-888-317-2628 x4; www.muskokarecreation.com
The Rosseau also has in-house activities, however the 2015 Fall brochure will not be available for a couple of months. We have included the 2014 Fall and the 2015 Spring/Summer Activity brochures to give you some ideas.

COMPANIONS PROGRAM As with the majority of events happening throughout the weekend, everyone is welcome to participate. If you are interested please ensure that you sign up, as space is limited for some activities. Of course, The Rosseau has a lot to offer as well...namely their world class spa. Highlights for this year’s Companion Program include: Keynote Speaker - JANE LOCKHART will walk us through “Adding Value: 10 Quick Fixes For Home You Can Do Today!” Using great photography, unique pictures and some before and after room makeovers, Jane will show us how just simple changes can add big value to our homes. From painting to accessorizing, see the unique way that Lockhart demonstrates that making these changes are worth the effort. Of course we also have other activities planned throughout the weekend, as well as allowing for some free time to just relax and enjoy the spectacular resort. Sign up for the Fall Cooking Class and learn the unique ways fall vegetables can be used; or work off some of the delicious food and spirits by attending the popular Zumba, or find your inner peace with a Yoga class. Golf, canoe races, awesome teambuilding games...all await you at the RMCAO 56th AGM! Please ensure that you bring the appropriate clothing and footwear for the above activities. Space is limited, so please complete the Pre-Registration portion to ensure a spot. Sign-up sheets will be available on-site as well.
