General Introduction
• What’s R-MAT?
It’s injection rubber, combined the strong points of EVA & traditional rubber. As EVA, could assembly via injection and injection then compression mold. So far we have developed single color and double colors.
5
General Introduction
• R-MAT Application
This material is widely used for high-end shoe making material, sports equipment, toys, interior decorative material of auto and medical equipment field, etc.
6
R-MAT Function
• RMAT General Features– RMAT is a new type of environment friendly injection
rubber. Its outstanding physical property allows taking place of natural rubber, EVA, PU, TPU, PVC, TR, TPR in many fields.
– Excellent static friction index, collapse resistance, abrasion performance, weather fastness, chemical environmental resistance and hydrolysis resistance are his major features
– Besides it processed the strengths of plastic and rubber, it reinforced the weakness of the above material, e.g. simply process, light, more precision and accurate, better bouncing and good hand feel

CUSHION ENERGY running (HIGHER=BETTER)
R-MAT above PU on reserving energy , it gives player more durable performance with spending less energy based on testing and physical response of field wearing .
11
CUSHION FACTOR running (LOWER=BETTER)
We asked runner to wear R-MAT and PU to run for field wearing. For the cushion factor ,you can see from the chart ,more cycles you run ,you can find R-MAT is better than PU.
COMPRESSION SET (LOWER=BETTER)
Compared with IMEVA ,CMEVA ,PU ,R-MAT is more better in compressed rate , it bounces and restores better after long wearing than others.

• Fitting & Wear Test– RMAT product compared with MD+RB– Apr 2011– Comfort level test– Property test
R-MAT Features
15
• Fitting & Wear Test– General comfort level, RMAT is better than MD+RB– RMAT’ advantages are mainly reflected on softness of sole,
tightness of forefoot, comfort of toe – But negative on slip resistance
