Our high quality wire nail is clean and durable as it is made from low carbon nail wire. Our wire nails are widely used in the building construction, pallet factory and furniture industry.

RM BRC mesh is a prefabricated steel reinforcement. It is consisting of a series of high-strength wires welded together to form a square or rectangular grids fabric.

RM BRC mesh conforms to the following international and Malaysia Standards:

• Malaysia Standard 144:2006; British Standard BS4482:1998 Cold Reduced Mild Steel Wire For The Reinforcement of Concrete

• Malaysia Standard MS145:2006; British Standard BS4483:1998 Welded Steel Fabric For The Reinforcement of Concrete.

The fabric is machine-made, and the joints at the intersections of the main and cross wires made by special electrical resistance welding process to provide shear resistance at the joints complying with the standard.

The primary applications for RM BRC mesh are the following:

• Reinforcement of slab. • Retaining wall.• Precast products such as drainage, box culvert, R.C. U-drain and pile culvert.

Cut-to-size steel fabrics are also manufactured to meet specific dimensional requirement.

Mild Steel Round BarAdhering to international standards, RM plain smooth round bar is produced by the steel wire rods. Cut-to-size of RM plain smooth round bar can come with various diameters and finished with smooth and plain surface.

This plain smooth round bar can be applied in many industries particularly in building construction for reinforcement purposes, bolts and nuts industry, mesh fabricators, automotive and manufacture of concrete products that needed the strength of this round bar.

Low Carbon Steel WiresRM’s low carbon steel wire is manufactured in coils is available in diameters ranging from 2.00mm to 12.00mm. The tested yield stress and tensile strength of the wire has a minimum of 510N/mm2.

Compliance with standard JIS G 3532, SWM-B, SWM-N and MS 144:2006, the wire is well accepted by many users which is often used for plating, coating, and general wire working purposes such as display stands, trolley, baskets, chains and manufacturer of wire nails.

Reinforcing Hard Drawn Ribbed Wire RM reinforcing hard drawn ribbed wire can come in coil form or cut to size lengths. RM ribbed wire is mostly used for the manufacturing of welded wire mesh and precast concrete products.

The reinforcing ribbed wire has a ribbed surface for better frictional adhesion to concrete and better ductility.

Due to its high tensile strength, RM ribbed wire can be applied in the precast concrete products such as pile culvert, pilling, and construction industry for the reinforcement of concrete walls and slabs.
