#540 Bentonite Sheet Membrane WaterprooferA sheet waterproofing composite of high swelling Sodium Bentonite encapsulated between a non-woven and woven geotextile. When wetted, unconfined #540 can swell up to 15 times its dry volume. #735 Elastomeric Foundation Coating A solvent-based rubberized asphalt waterproof coating designed for below grade concrete, precast, poured walls and CMU. This easy to apply material may be sprayed, rolled or brush applied. #735 meets IRC 406.1 - 406.2, IBC 1806.2-1806.3.

#201 Fibrated Foundation CoatingA solvent-based below grade foundation coating containing a proprietary blend of fibers to allow thicker applications. This brush or spray applied coating is recommended for poured concrete, precast and CMU foundations.

#304 Liquid Asphalt Coating – Non-FibratedA solvent-based, non-fibrated coating is an economical way to dampproof below grade concrete foundation walls. The low softening point asphalt makes it easy to apply using a roller, brush or sprayer.

#502 Asphalt Emulsion – Non-FibratedAn economical water-based smooth, non-fibrated asphalt coating for sealing smooth concrete foundation walls. May be applied with a roller, brush or spray. #502 meets the requirements of ASTM D 1227 Type III, Class 1.

#117 Oil and Grease RemoverPretreat oil and grease stains with #117 prior to cleaning with #115. Perfect for patios, driveways, and other areas where grease or oil has spilled. Works on all concrete, brick and most natural and cultured stones.

#118 Rust and Stain RemoverRemoves stains caused by iron, manganese, vanadium and other metallic based stains. Works on most masonry substrates and when rinsed properly will not damage the surrounding areas.

#116 Paint and Graffiti RemoverThis VOC compliant material safely removes paint, graffiti, asphalt and tar from a variety of building materials. Does not contain Methylene Chloride, making it safe for workers and surrounding areas.
