IFR
1.) No person may take off unless two-way radio communications can be maintainedwith the Air Traffic Control.
to ensure safe altitude, climb to Minimum Safe Altitude or above to maintainobstacle clearance.
Then comply with the following procedure:
Continue on STAR and make an approach to land.
Maintain last assigned vector for one minute (except when expected to penetrateprohibited or restricted area), then make an approach to land.
