CERTIFICATES AND STANDARDS

Emission classification M1 of building materials: the product is low-emission and odourless 30 days after installation.

CE-marking is an European conformity marking, ensuring that the re-ported characteristics of the product comply with the relevant harmo-nized product standard or the European Technical Assessment (ETA).

VTT certificate supplements the CE-marking system that indicates the level of official requirements. The certificate guarantees that the product meets the requirements set in the National Building Code of Finland and standards.

EC1+ is a European emission classification standard for building ma-terials.

IP (patent) indicates those of our products that are patented innova-tions, with no corresponding alternatives.

Certificates and standardsOur products comply with all local and international norms and standards. Our quality assurance and production processes are based on ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 standards, which ensures quality control during manufacture.

DECLARATIONS OF PERFORMANCE (DOP)01.07.2013 entered into force a new Construction Products Resolution, which also affected the CE marking. The earlier Declaration of Conformity that was required with the CE marking was replaced by the Declaration of Performance (DoP). DoP certifies that the product comp-lies with a specific purpose as required by the basic features. If the DoP is drawn up for one product or a homogeneous product family, it can also be used for comparison of products. You will find the declaration of performance primarily in electronic format on our website, but on request we can supply them in printed form.

RK ACRYLICWhite water-based plasto-elastic acrylic sealing compound for grouting, sealing, and fi-nishing, for both indoor and outdoor use. Excellent adhesion to porous materials such as wood, concrete, and plastering. Suitable for joints with little movement (>15%). For the sealing of floor, wall, and ceiling structures such as mouldings, log seams and corners. For finishing boards, joints and holes before painting, and for pipeline feed-throughs. RK QUICK CEMENTRapidly curing quick cement for indoor and outdoor use. Suited to quick and secure patching and installations. Especially well-suited to the quick installation of gates, fences, flagpole bases, washbasin supports, foundation bases, well rings, boilers, machinery, and various pipe networks. Working time: just 5 minutes. Not for ceramic fastenings that are prone to cracking. Curing time 5 minutes. Available in two sizes: 1 kg and 6 kg.

RK ANTI-FREEZING AGENTAdditive for dry concrete and mortar, and concrete made at the construction site. The mass cures in sub-zero temperatures without freezing. The curing of the product will continue down to -5 °C without heating so that CEM II A 42.5 R cement will achieve the freezing strength of 5 MPa in around 2 days. The anti-freezing agent is compatible with all Portland cements. When mortar is used, the mortar must contain a sufficient amount of cement. The recommended volume is >20% of the dry weight. The anti-freezing agent is CE-marked as an accelerating agent and meets the requirements of EN 934-2 standard. Mixing ratio with cement: 4-8% or 1.5-3 kg of agent for a 40 kg bag of cement. Note! In dry concrete, the proportion of cement is around 10% -25%.
