Risk Assessment- The Return

Low Risk = 1-2 Medium Risk =3-4 High Risk=5

Location 1 –Skate Park

-People may be in the way, more time consuming.

As it is placed in a skate park, there will be skaters around and if not informed beforehand, increase chance of accident. This could lead to the damage of equipment.

Location 2-

-Flooring= Gravel which is rough surface and can cause you to fall if not careful

-Weather

-The weather could affect the filming, cast and crew. The rain/snow can make the area more prone to accidents. We will make sure everyone brings suitable clothing depending on the weather. E.g. raining= waterproof clothing and sensible shoes. Make up can be ruined due to the weather, so we can bring a kit to re-apply if needed.

Equipment- Camera, Tripod, Lighting,

- -Outside-Damaged or get stolen if care is not taken. To prevent this high risk we will bring an umbrella to protect from the rain. Take extra care if floor conditions are slippery. Pair on the equipment handling to prevent it from falling. Be discreet when not using the equipment = reduce chances of theft.

Props Make up- The use of makeup has minimal risk.

Planning to use a smoke bomb. Before use for actual filming we took test shots that informed on how we are able to use the smoke effect in the most beneficial way. Also, we would use it in a wide area that has a lot of space.

-Actors First aid kit brought in

case of minor injuries. E.g a cut. -

Risk of theft for actors when they are out in any hours. Ways to prevent are: keep personal belongs close and not bring on too much attention.
