1 Allergic reaction to Pets

15% Ensure that all actors are not allergic before entering set; if they are allergic an alternative set will be used.

2 Slippery surface in outside settings

If it has rained: 40%If no rain: 5%

Ensure that suitable footwear is worn at all times, also make sure that no easily flooded areas are used.

3 Injury due to dark room

10% Make sure that scenes in dark are kept with minimal movement from actors and myself.

4 Burning due to kettle 20% Make sure that Kettle is handled safely and correctly.

5 Dehydration and Hunger

10% During filming I will make time for regular breaks in which I will supply liquid and snacks.

6 Glass caused injuries 5% No glass is used however there is a small risk of glass being present in some settings, so I will make sure suitable footwear is worn and set is checked beforehand.

7 Splinters from benches

5% Unlikely however they will be checked over before filming starts to make sure that this won’t occur.
