filming of my music video takes place, it is a safe procedure.

Hazard: Is it possible for the people and/or equipment to fall?

Possibility of injury or damage: Low
People at risk: Camera operator, actors
Precautions to take: Ensure that the equipment is all stable. For example, make sure that the camera is attached securely to the tripod. Minimise the situations in which a person could fall.

Hazard: Are there any tripping hazards?

Precautions to take: Be aware of wires and other objects which could cause somebody to fall.
In conclusion...
After considering these possible risks, I will take every precaution necessary to prevent any injuries or damage to occur whilst I am filming my music video.
