Producers risk strategy/further action
1 Not everyone may be available on what days has been set for filming
3 2 low To avoid this we will film around times that everyone is available at, if this did happen we would either have to postpone filming which may be a problem if we are on a tight deadline, or replace the actor with someone else who is willing to help
2 Equipment may break on set
2 1 high If the camera is mishandled and is dropped, we would have to get a new camera and take full responsibility and pay the money back. To avoid this happening we will use the tripod if necessary to avoid the camera slipping and breaking.
3 Equipment not being charged
2 1 high If the member of the group who took the camera home, forgot to charge it this would be a problem and would impact how long we would be able to film for in that day and could result in rushing shots/only getting half done which would result in another day of filming which could have been avoided.
4 Bad weather on filming day
3 4 high Depending how bad the weather is it may make the ground we are using wet, and therefore muddy as we are filming in a forest. This could result in actors or crew members slipping over and hurting themselves, to avoid this we will check the weather and schedule another appropriate day.
