someone may trip over them and injure themselves
Ensure all wires are taped to the floor or tucked away under something e.g. table that would stop this from happening

Health and Safety Lights could overheat if left on for a long time- could burn out or someone could burn themselves
Turn the lights off when they are not in use also to minimise

Damage to equipment Tripping over equipment e.g. tripod legs or wires which may cause equipment to fall and damage
Health and safety talk before shooting, clear area so there is nothing laying around, be aware of the equipment positioning

Halting production Production space being used by somebody else on day of shoot
Book the space early in advanced so it is definitely going to be free

Fault with equipment Camera having no battery, tripod broken, lights not working, no lenses
Book equipment early in advance, charge camera, do a test to make sure all equipment works and double check everything I have before hand
