Risk Assessment Description of activity : filming for ‘The Unseen’ trailer Location : Lucy Fitzsimmons’s house and alleyway beside the house. Description of hazards and possible consequences: 1. Injury – due to a fall or slip. Scene requiring male to be dragged across the floor (Medium risk) 2. Cold environment when filming outside at night time. (Low risk) 3. Working long hours – filming could take longer than scheduled if any reshooting needs to be done. (Medium risk) 4. Hazardous props (Low risk) Control measures/actions to minimise hazards: 1. Make sure all pathways are clear for actors to walk across during filming to avoid fall or slip. Ensure actor is not hurt when being dragged across flooring by practising several times before shooting 2. Try to film outside shots before it gets to dark or cold for actors to be out in. Provide hot drinks if needed. 3. Ensure other dates can be used for additional filming if we run out of time (go past filming hours) and for reshooting. Allow actors regular food/drink breaks.

4. Instruct actors/actresses to listen carefully to any instructions or advice given by the directors and camera operator.

Actors and production team are both required to read this risk assessment carefully and sign the document before any filming is undertaken.
