Additionally, our lien recovery team will ensure that all subcontractors and suppliers are paid and that lien waivers are signed prior to receiving payment.

Eastside apartments was designed and built to be the premier urban community for young professionals as well as students from the University of Utah. The community is 170,240 sq. ft. of living space on top of 80,712 sq. ft. below grade, post-tensioned slab parking. Community amenities include a garden courtyard, fitness center, outdoor sport court, rooftop party patio, and a large social room.

Private balconies are available and each room is equipped with mid-grade finishes and include nine foot ceilings, washers and dryers, and standard kitchen appliances.

Eaglewood Lofts is widely recognized as the one of the best new multi-family products in the Salt Lake market. Tucked away on a retired quarry, this 214 unit community features a resort-style pool and spa, fitness center and outdoor grills. Every unit is equipped with two tone paint, granite countertops, and expansive windows.

The project was HUD insured and at a time when construction costs were climbing sharply. Extensive value engineering was required to offset the steep incline in costs, and keep the project within budget.

At the time of construction, Alpine Village was the largest student housing project in Utah County. It consists of 163 apartment units, a pool, workout facilities, retail space, and more. This mixed-use project includes underground parking and five levels of units above.

Rimrock used extensive value engineering to assist the owners in achieving a budget that helped to make this project pencil. Scheduling was tight because the owners needed to move students in at the beginning of the school year. Rimrock completed more than the required units within the given schedule.

BROADWAY PLACESALT LAKE CITY, UT. | 84,768 SQ. FT. | 73 UNITS

Broadway Place is an age-restricted, senior apartment community located in downtown Salt Lake City. It is four stories of wood-framed construction over one level of below-grade, PT slab parking.

The community is on a lot with zero-lot lines and was built simultaneously with a 180-unit community Rimrock constructed on the neighboring parcel. Both sites required extensive de-watering and shoring in order to build their respective parking structures.

The community includes high-end finishes in both common areas and individual units. Broadway Place is widely recognized as one of the best new senior apartment communities in Salt Lake City.

There are two Brickstone Apartment communities located in South Salt Lake City, Utah. The two communities together total 212 units and were funded with HUD insured loans.

Rimrock is one of the few construction companies in Utah that has HUD experience. That understanding coupled with Rimrock’s industry expertise made this project a huge success.

Dry Creek at East Village is one of Sandy’s newest transit oriented developments situated next to UTA Trax and the Sandy Civic Center.It has been a challenging site with limited access, undocumented fill, and major slope changes.

There will be 311,700 square feet of living space, and will have 282 class A apartment units. The site has six different post-tensioned slab parking structures.

Rimrock has participated as a design-build consultant, general contractor, and construction manager.

Element 31 at Brickyard adds a key residential component to one of the region’s busiest retail and office plazas. When completed, there will be four levels of 208 luxury apartment units with modern fixtures and finishes. The apartments will sit on top of a three level, post-tension parking structure that is wrapped around an exisiting office building.

Sagewood at Daybreak is Daybreak’s only senior living campus complete with memory care, assisted living, and independent living. There will be 230,000 square feet of living space that consist of 100 independent living units, 78 assisted living units, and 23 memory care units.

Rimrock has participated as a design-build consultant, general contractor, and construction manager.
