1 Textile Finishing This product, composed by hardware and software components, allows a whole management and in the meanwhile makes slimmer the planning phase and management of the textile finishing room with particular reference to the dyeing sectors, printing and fabric finishing. A precise and detailed interface with production machines allows a significant detection of all events production, together with the programming phase of working arrangements, gives a situation in real time the progress of the department, showing at a glance anomalies and situations to be recorded. Very interesting and functional and the choice of interface with touch screen for managing data on the machine as well as the very rich endowment of production statistics and trends of the department and the personnel involved. Powered by the workload from the provisions of processing, allows users to define a work program for single machine to acquire all the activities that result in the department and analyze the collected data. To better understand the system we can imagine consists of four distinct modules: --Production Planning --Detection Machine --Monitor Machine Room --Statistics and Reports of Survey

This product, composed by hardware and software components, allows a whole management and in the meanwhile makes slimmer the planning phase and management of the textile finishing room with particular reference to the dyeing sectors, printing and fabric finishing. A precise and detailed interface with production machines allows a significant detection of all events production, together with the programming phase of working arrangements, gives a situation in real time the progress of the department, showing at a glance anomalies and situations to be recorded. PRODUCTION PLANNING

The tool of production planning has been studied in the way to result more versatile and fast never seen before.

To the user will present two lists. Lower list represent the workload to plan. The superior one are the production orders already planned for the specified machines. On the left of the second list we can see in bold the planning data. Planning next productions orders the user hasn’t to do select them from the lower list and drag them with the mouse on the superior list. New productions orders can be appended to the current planning or let between productions orders in queue, put them in the PRODUCTION ORDER of the working planning.

Several features make your work even easier: - Possibility of re-ordering of lists based on any parameter displayed. - Possibility to order multiple (example production order ordered for engraving or prescription, and within the group, width of the fabric). - Ability to search through the white fields at the bottom of the lists, the main parameters present (printing machines: phase, production order, drawing, engraving. Machines not printing: phase, production order, design, recipes). - Ability to filter the lists based on any parameter displayed. During configuration, the user can define any custom controls, to study based on the individual situation (example prevent the user to break groups of similar patterns, inability to schedule a production order present on a cart without queuing any other of the same cart, alert you to append different recipes, etc.etc.). Once the work program of each machine, the user can print a report of any programming to be delivered to operators.

DETECTION MACHINE

Core of the entire system, the detection machine allows operators to record every single event production. In the study of detection machine's main goal was to make it interfere as little as possible with the work of the operators on the machine. It is essential fact that an application for detection of production not only does not hinder the effective work of the operators, but not the worst either the effectiveness, or slowing down the procedures revolutionizing the modus operandi to be. At this end is born an application that provides a maximum flexibility and that, above all, follows the behavior of the machine and it fits. Detection machine records events that the machine creates never influence the operation. The acquisition of the signals from the machine is ensured by a special card can detect a signal from encoder or from proximity and up to four further inputs to detect any machine states. The detection of the start-up or shutdown of the machine is then completely automatic. Traders will simply declare the production order in processing and specify the reasons of the occurrence of a stop downtime. When configuring a machine can be set with storage or without storage, where storage is the ability to hook to start the machine rolls of fabric before the car will actually work (example rotary press). The possibilities of implementation are many and customized according to the individual situation. MACHINE STATUS area It is subdivide in 4 sections, displays the main information about management: the car, caused the injury, available, operators. In the upper left shows the clock showing the current time.

Area METERS COUNT View given progress detection of meters of fabric. The RESET button (red button on the bottom left) allows you to reset the value. Top left, instead you can, if necessary, enable FENTS that let you stop counting meters at the

discretion of the operator. Used primarily on rolling machines, fabric checking let not count the yards of fabric print defects arising or weaving.

Area PRODUCTION ORDER/ ACCUMULATION Present only in machines as defined by accumulation (usually printing machines). PRODUCTION ORDER N.D. button allows you to assign the job to a production order generic method. This function is used, for example, for sampling. TESTANA button allows you to enter in the

order of accumulation a roll of head. The KEYPAD button (on the side of TESTANA) shows the keypad manual data entry. Field NR. GAME and EL. To define the PHYSICAL PRODUCTION ORDER in work on the basis of different parameters from the unique code. Tend to be used in order not to block the work even if, for any fault, machine operators are not able to define the PRODUCTION ORDER in work (barcode ruined, lack work program, etc...etc...).

QUEUE Area

The QUEUE area is divided into two sections: • PHYSICAL ELEMENTS ATTACHED: list of physical elements currently in accumulation

• PROVIDED: list of PRODUCTION ORDERS expected to the machine during production

planning

The status indicator (the colored square on the left) shows the current state of

PRODUCTION ORDER according to the following values:

• Blue: item currently being worked on the machine

• Green: programmable element on the machine

• Red: non-programmable element on the machine

The DELETE button, marked with the symbol X, allows you to delete an item from the list. This button is enabled only if you press the line you want to delete. In this example, the first line. You wanted to delete the second line, the operator should first of all click at the height of the second row, activating the delete button and then press it and confirm the deletion of the row. KITCHEN COLOR button (blue) allows you to define whether to PRODUCTION ORDER selected, colors were produced in the kitchen. This button is only enabled when pressing the line that you want to manage. FUNCTION BUTTON Area

Collects the keys used for machine control (start DAY, END of the DAY, OPERATOR, causal; EARLY PRODUCTION ORDER, LATE WORK, scroll, etc. etc.). The various buttons are automatically enabled or disabled based on the transactions.

REASONS STOPS Management

In order to ensure maximum flexibility to the operator, the management of the causal takes place with a mask definition completely independent. It can be seen in the image above on the right of the screen. This mask will appear automatically from the stops of the machine and will disappear automatically when the machine comes into operation. MONITOR MACHINE ROOM The machine room monitor allows you to keep under control the overall situation of the production hall.

The head clerk will be able to personally design his room on the screen, in order to

make the exact virtual copy of the department in the survey.

The machines, viewed in plan, show the main production data (chief engineer on duty,

during processing, causal operation or possible causal still with its time). Further help

to speed use of the information is the display of the drawing work.

A part of the display of every single machine is fully customizable, so as to allow the

head clerk to decide which data to make priority (for example: drawing, variant,

PRODUCTION ORDER in work rather than exhaust cart or roll of levy).

The use of pre-defined colors for different types of causal (example green: operation

Red: stop, blue: causal service, etc.etc.) Allows the head clerk to understand in real

time the current situation of the department.

At the discretion of the head clerk can also enable audio signals connected to the

single reason for arrest in order to ensure an even more timely intervention in case

of major faults in the production process (example definition of a beep for a

reason for absence fabric).

The update time of the data is defined by the head clerk without any limitation. The

machine can be polled every second as every hour, depending on the needs of each

situation.

The head clerk can any time access to the detail of the individual machine by double

clicking on it.

Machine data

Visualization in detail about data operation of the single machine. Visualization in detail of the operator team and relative time shift. Visualization production data with relative time and meters produced. Visualization or reason data with relative relevation time.

Stops

STATISTICS AND REPORT OF SURVEY

The user can in every moment make questions database created from relevation machine between lots of reports presented. It varies from report to report the sequence of events by date / machine statistics prints with calculation of machine efficiency, department, operator, day based on speed and working time standards defined by the user. In detail the user has got:
