20. ALL CONCRETE TO BE PLACED IN FULL CONFORMANCE WITH CSA A23.1INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MIXING/DISPOSAL TIME LIMITATIONS ANDFULL ADHERENCE TO COLD/HOT WEATHER PROTECTION REQUIREMENTS.

21. NON-CONFORMING MATERIALS WILL BE REJECTED AND SHALL BE REMOVEDFROM SITE.

22. ALL WELDING SHALL BE IN CONFORMANCE WITH CSA W59.23. PROVIDE APPROPRIATE SIGNAGE TO ALERT USERS OF CONSTRUCTION AREA

AND PROVIDE CONSTRUCTION FENCING TO PREVENT OTHER USERS FROMACCESSING WORK AREA.

24. ALL TRAFFIC CONTROL SHALL BE CARRIED OUT TO AT LEAST THE MINIMUMSTANDARDS SET FORTH IN BOOK 7 OF THE ONTARIO TRAFFIC MANUAL.

25. ALL AREAS AFFECTED BY CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES SHALL BE FULLYREINSTATED TO PRE-CONSTRUCTION OR BETTER CONDITIONS TO THESATISFACTION OF THE DEPARTMENTAL REPRESENTATIVE INCLUDINGREINSTATEMENT OF ALL VEGETATION, PATHWAYS, FENCES, AREAS USED FORSITE ACCESS, SITE STORAGE, ETC.

EXPOSURE: 30 MPa.

D. THE FINISHING MORTAR ABOVE NORMAL LOCK USE WATERLINE: 18 MPa.

E. THE FINISHING MORTAR BELOW NORMAL LOCK USE WATERLINE: 22 MPa.
