FIRST AID CENTRELocated in The Lower Dome, we are able to cater for a number of special needs, including the cold storage of medicine.

TOILETSAll toilet locations around the Resort have access for guests with disabilities, and can be seen on the map with this symbol. We operate the RADAR key system to access any of our disabled toilets. Keys can be hired from Island Help & Information for a £10 cash refundable deposit.

CHANGING PLACES TOILET Our Changing g places toilet is located in our main dome, please speak to Island Help & Information for access.

This guide is designed to assist our guests with special requirements to ensure you get the most out of your day and are able to enjoy as many of our attractions as possible. It has been produced to give you a full understanding of our attraction restrictions and the facilities that you may require. Please use this, along with the Ride Restriction boards to make an informed decision about the attractions you feel are suitable.

HELPER/COMPANIONIn order to assist you around our Resort, we require a helper of at least 14 years of age to accompany guests requiring assistance at all times. As the Ride Access Pass holder you can have up to three helpers accompany you on a ride, however your primary helper must be at least

14 years old, and in the view of THORPE PARK Resort, able to assume primary responsibility during emergencies and decision making.

Although our employees are eager to provide the best service possible, they are not trained in lifting or carrying techniques and therefore cannot provide physical assistance.

Your helper must be able to assist you with loading and offloading or any physical assistance that may be needed. Your primary helper is required to sit within the same carriage, boat or row as you.

GUESTS WITH PROSTHESISWe have a limited selection of attractions that are suitable for guests with prosthetic limbs. You may, therefore be asked to remove these on certain attractions, with the exception of Osseo integrated prosthetics.

Some rides are not suitable for guests who have 2 or more prosthetic limbs due to specific manufacturer restrictions. Guests must have at least one upper and one lower extremity with good grip control and the ability to brace, to enable them to maintain the proper riding position.

BROKEN LIMBS AND CASTSAll rides require guests to brace themselves, therefore guests with broken limbs or casts are not permitted to ride any of our attractions, for their own safety. For more information please speak to a member of our experienced Island Help & Information team.

Each ride in the access guide is labelled with a number. This number relates to where each ride can be found on the park map. Maps can be collected at the entrance and are also available throughout the park.

Please check the restriction boards at the entrance of every ride, so you are able to make an informed decision before riding.

For all of our rides and attractions guests must be able to brace themselves and remain sitting in an upright position. Please read the notes for more detailed information or speak to a member of staff.

Some of our rides involve a complex evacuation procedure and may not be suitable for all guests. Please read the notes for a more detailed description, you may also speak to our Island Help & Information team for additional information.

Please be aware that whilst the majority of information is included within this guide all height, size and other safety restrictions also apply. You will find these are displayed on our Park map and on ride signage at the front of every queue line and should be read in conjunction with this guide.
