Mr Jimmy Leung, Director of Planning, HKSAR Government:

"Sustainability is not a new concept but it needs to be augmented through innovative ideas, new technologies as well as best practices. I found the presentations from local and overseas experts very stimulating and there were good ideas that different sectors of society could follow up."

Mr Kyran Sze, Executive Director, AEDAS:

“The conference’s theme was spot on. Achieving sustainability can be simple. Finding the right balance, killing old and bad habits, and education for positive action can be highly effective…”

Mr Russ Austin,Vice President of Appraisal Services Group, Asia Pacific, J.P. Morgan:

"The conference reiterated the growing importance of sustainable development and sustainability issues to the surveying profession and wider real estate markets. The RICS HK conference provided an opportunity to discuss a wide range of topical sustainability issues with experts and fellow surveyors…"

Dr Thomas Tang,Director of Corporate Sustainability & Initiative, Asia, AECOM:

“The topics were highly relevant and thought-provoking. The quality of the speakers was exceptionally high and I would recommend this event to others who not just have a professional interest in sustainability but also to those who recognize the challenges of climate change…”
