We focus solely on providing strategic and tactical change management consulting, learning, certification and executive coaching services to our clients using our proven Managed Change methodology. Managed Change is a data driven approach and process for project teams, change agents and project sponsors to follow as they navigate through complex changes. The "open architecture" can also enhance and support other methodologies and disciplines. Our approach defines winning solutions for our clients by systematically: 1. Identifying the people who must change, 2. Identifying the potential reasons they might resist the change and, 3. Developing action plans to minimize or eliminate resistance. We help teams mitigate risk associated with this resistance and facilitate acceptance of change at a more rapid pace, increasing the likelihood of delivering expected results, on time and within budget.
