Greenbrook Homes, founded in 2008 by husband-and-wife team Scott and Angela Branan, is an emerging leader in dark green home building. Homes are not only designed to be extremely energy efficient, but also include features such as solar pre-wire, rainwater harvesting, and low-VOC materials. The majority of Greenbrook Homes’ remodeling projects are in Richardson, including this project of a home in the Reservation area.
