When you click on the “Send Email” button the following message box appears.

Important Note.

You have a sufficient but relatively short length of time to enter your text into the message box before it times out. If you have a long message, are slow at typing or you suspect that it will take a while to enter the message then please type it into a word processor first then copy and paste it to the message box. This applies to most of the following email sections.

Search for and Email RotariansWhen you click on Search and Print (Rotarians) this search page appears.

If you type some information into one or more of the boxes on this screen then press the “Search” button the system searches the database for all records that contain a match to the information that you have typed in.

Type: Firstname, Surname, Both or a part of a name in the name box. Example Ewan. Then click on Search.
