PICK UP: There is no minimum order for pick-up . We’ll cook, arrange, and package your catered items with easy reheating instructions, when applicable . Pick up times will be prearranged and we kindly ask for at least twenty-four-hour advance notice on catering orders and 2 weeks for whole pigs .

FULL SeRVICe: Our professional full services plan will include us preparing, serving, and cleaning up the buffet line . Not only do we setup a tent over the buffet line, but we will take the time to explain all of the wonderful items that you have chosen as your guests come through the line . We offer complementary consultation, as well as free sampling of our foods to help you decide .

PRICING: The charge for this delicious service can be found below . We do add an 18% gratuity and 6% sales tax . We cannot perform our service for less than 60 guests .

We will show up at your party with the pig still cooking in our Pig Smoker. The pig will continue to cook while your guests arrive.
